At Dallas Regional Medical Center it is our desire to provide excellent customer service. We encourage patients and their family members to tell us how well we have met your expectations. If you have comments or concerns, please let us know as soon as possible by: a) reporting the concern to a nurse or staff member caring for you; b) asking to speak with the department's supervisor or director; or c) Calling to speak with your Patient Advocate at 214-320-7760.

In addition, prior to or post discharge, patients may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. Know that your opinion is very important to us. Please take a moment to complete the survey, seal it, and return it to a staff member. Although we are committed to providing excellent care, we know that there may be times when you have concerns regarding your stay. We encourage you to voice any complaints or concerns you may have during your stay. Voicing your concern will not influence or limit your future access to care. If you do not feel your concern 7 is being resolved by utilizing the above, please contact the Risk Management Department at 214-319-4063 or the Administrative Supervisor after hours and on weekends by dialing "0" on your room phone. Know that you may receive a visit during your stay or phone call after discharge from the Risk Department to discuss and resolve your concern.
